SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to the Shipping Policy of Allure Hair (“Allure”, “we”, “us” and “our”).
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender; in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. Allure Hair will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.
Delivery Time
All orders will be processed in 2 business days, with a delivery time of 8-11 business days. If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Courier Service
Allure uses the following carrier to ship orders:
- DHL
- Any Third Party engaged by Allure for the fulfilment of services
The risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier and the Third-Party. Title for products purchased from us transfers to you upon payment for the products.

We ship globally.
Delivery Fee
All customers are required to pay the Shipping Fee. Domestic delivery is available for Ghana. International shipping at fee is available for USA, Canada, UK & EU countries.
Refund Policy
We only offer a refund if you have received a defective or incorrect product at our sole discretion. Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product please immediately contact us within 4 days of receiving the product.
